In operation since 2006, today we are honoured to serve clients in 15 fragile and conflict-affected states assisting with disaster relief, peace building, humanitarian aid and development programmes through our specialised recruitment, HR management and operational services.
Overview of position
The selected candidate would be responsible on data governance & reporting.
Role objectives
  • Performs data mining & analysis on internal & external databases. 
  • Prepares client monthly reports & presentations.
  • Supports in country team on reporting requirements.
  • Performs data entry, data validation & cleanup.
  • Ensures data accuracy by carrying out data audits.
  • Supports ongoing project implementation of CTG business systems (including providing end user training).
  • Resolves technical issues raised to CTG Help desk.
  • Document project implementation by developing system process flows & system user guides.
Project reporting
Will report to the Digital & Field Support Team Manager.
Key competencies- Process oriented & have excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
- Thorough attention to detail & accuracy.
- Comprehensive capabilities in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook express) with advanced skills in MS Excel & MS Power Point.
- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Familiarity with the principles of database design.
- Works independently with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to set own agenda & determine adequate workflow & deadlines.
- Must be extremely trustworthy & able to act with discretion.
- Experience in Salesforce.com is an advantage.
- University Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
Team management
This role does not have team management responsibility.
